The B.B.Y.R.A. Race Management Trophy
This trophy is to "promote, further, and improve the sport of yacht racing by encouraging proficiency in the planning, execution, and conduct of yacht racing events by member clubs of the Barnegat Bay Yacht Racing Association, sponsoring and or hosting races for sailing yachts."

The regatta must have at least 10 yachts entered (five entered in US Sailing round-robin events), consist of at least three closed course races, and have nonprofessional race management.
The Skippers ballot must be reproduced and given to each skipper with an envelope to be returned (sealed) to a club representative after the racing is completed. A minimum of 60% completed ballots must be returned.
The following must be returned to the BBYRA no later than 6 days before the end of season awards at Seaside Park Yacht Club:
- Completed Skippers Ballots
- Completed Protest committee ballot
- Copy of the Notice of Race
- Complete copy of the sailing instructions
- Complete list of regatta results
