He is a Past Commodore of the Manasquan River Yacht Club and is also a member of the Bay Head and Metedeconk River Yacht Clubs.
Ned has competed in the BBYRA M-Scow and E-Scow fleets and actively races PHRF in Metedeconk and Raritan Yacht Clubs. He has been serving on the BBYRA race committee for more than 15 years.
When not sailing, Ned enjoys flying as a multi-engine private pilot. By profession Ned is an Actuary.
Additionally, Ned currently serves as a New Jersey Assemblyman, representing the 30th district.
Christina Connell
Christina is a lifelong member and a past commodore of SPYC, as well as a proud member of LYC. She is Regatta Chair at SPYC where her goal is to advance the clubs’ objective of promoting water activities on Barnegat Bay. Christina has served on the Race Committee of BBYRA for many years.

Buzz Reynolds
Buzz Reynolds is a member of the Island Heights Yacht Club and competed in his first BBYRA race when he was 12 years old in the M Scow class. In his 55 years of racing on Barnegat Bay he has competed in the M Scow, MC Scow, E Scow, Laser and A Cat classes with numerous championships.
Buzz is a former Collegiate All-American sailor for the University of Notre Dame and has been inducted into the BBYRA Sailing Hall of Fame. He has won the US Sailing Singlehanded North American Championship and competed in the Olympic Finn class for 10 years, finishing 3 rd in the Worlds in 1983, 2 nd in the 1984 Olympic Trials and winning the 1982 Finn North Americans.
He is a Past Commodore of the Island Heights Yacht Club and has been the Regatta Chairman for the Barnegat Bay Junior Olympic Regatta for 25 years. In 1995 he introduced sailing as a new event to the Special Olympics World Games as Regatta chair.
Buzz’s winter-time residence is in Morristown NJ. He continues to work in sales and business development for a world-wide boiler and air pollution control company.
Jean Barclay Mastrangelo
Jean is a lifelong member at BHYC where she serves on the Sailing Committee and is Chair of the Race Committee. She is also a member of Shore Acres Yacht Club. Jean is a US Sailing Certified Race Officer.

When she is not sailing or on the Race Committee Jean is the Sr. Director of Clinical Operations at a Pharmaceutical Company.

Rob represents the Seaside Park Yacht Club as a BBYRA Delegate and is a member of the Liaison Committee.
Rob serves as the Fleet Captain for the BBYRA Flying Scots and also races in the MC-Scow fleet.
Professionally, Rob is a wealth manager and was previously Vice President and Treasurer of a major Oil Company.
